Govardhannathji Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
Glass lined equipment built to survive your worst process day.
Reactors, receivers, condensers, columns, valves and piping — fabricated and glass lined under one roof in Gujarat, for plants that run aggressive chemistry at temperature and cannot afford a lining failure.
What we make
One works, four disciplines, a single point of accountability.
Fabrication and glass lining happen under the same roof. Nobody hands your vessel across a factory boundary and hopes it comes back right.
Glass lined equipment
Reactors in standard and cGMP execution, receivers and storage tanks, agitation systems, condensers, columns, valves, pipes and fittings — from 63 litres to 40,000 litres, to DIN 28136 types AE and CE or fully customised.
See the product rangeASME process equipment
Pressure vessels, heat exchangers and process equipment fabricated to ASME standards, with GMP execution where the application demands it.
Process piping systems
Jacketed and un-jacketed piping, bends, crosses and tees to 600 NB, engineered as part of the equipment they serve rather than bolted on afterwards.
Reglassing & field service
Relining, refurbishment, retrofit, repairs, spare parts and on-site technical support — for our equipment and for glass lined vessels of other makes. A worn lining is rarely the end of a sound vessel.
All servicesCustom industrial structures
Skids, platforms and structures designed around your plant layout — cut on a 12.5 m CNC bed, formed on presses to 499 MT and lifted by cranes to 25+10 MT, all inside the same works.
Tour the facilitiesAccessories & spares
Baffles, thermowells, dip pipes, sight glasses, gaskets, seals and agitator components — stocked for any make of glass lined equipment.
Glass technology
Five glass grades, chosen for the chemistry — not for the catalogue.
The lining is the equipment. STAHL GLAS supplies distinct glass formulations so the grade in your reactor is the one matched to your temperature band, cleanliness requirement and process visibility — from standard chemical duty through to heavy-metal-free pharmaceutical service.
- SG-C — standard chemical duty, −25 °C to 220 °C
- SG-CT — high temperature service to 260 °C
- SG-P — pharmaceutical, free from heavy metal contamination
- SG-W — high-gloss reflective surface for process visibility
- SG-R — non-stick surface, minimal residue build-up
SG-C
−25 to 220 °C
Exceptional corrosion resistance and long-term durability across a wide temperature range.
SG-CT
−25 to 260 °C
The same chemistry envelope, extended into high temperature service.
SG-P
Pharmaceutical
Free from heavy metal contamination, with non-stick surface properties.
SG-R
Non-stick
Minimises residue build-up for cleaner processing and higher yield.
Capacity at a glance
Ranges we cover as standard.
Anything outside these ranges is engineered to requirement — customised sizes are the norm here, not an exception.
| Category | Type / variant | Capacity / size range |
|---|---|---|
| Reactors Standard & cGMP | Type AE — DIN 28136 | 63 to 12,000 Ltrs. |
| Type CE — DIN 28136 | 1,600 to 40,000 Ltrs. | |
| Receivers & storage tanks | Horizontal | 1,000 to 40,000 Ltrs. |
| Vertical | 160 to 40,000 Ltrs. | |
| Condensers & heat exchangers | Disc type | 4 to 10 Sq. Mtr. |
| Columns | Distillation / scrubber type | 250 to 1,200 mm dia. |
| Pipes | Un-jacketed / jacketed | 25 to 500 NB |
| ANF / ANFD | Standard / customized | 630 to 5,000 Ltrs. |
Lifecycle services
The vessel is delivered. Our involvement is not finished.
Glass lined equipment lives for decades if it is looked after. We support ours — and glass lined vessels of other makes — from first inspection through to a full reline.
Reglassing & relining
Stripping, re-preparation and refiring of the lining to bring a worn or damaged vessel back to service condition, at a fraction of replacement cost and lead time.
Refurbishment & retrofit
Nozzle additions, agitator and drive upgrades, baffle and thermowell changes — adapting existing equipment to a process that has moved on.
Repairs & spare parts
Glass repair solutions for localised damage, plus gaskets, seals, sight glasses, valves, agitators and accessories held against your equipment record.
Field service
On-site inspection, spark testing, damage assessment, installation and commissioning support wherever your plant is.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled inspection programmes that find thin lining and early cracking before it becomes an unplanned shutdown.
Order traceability portal
Stage-by-stage progress on your order, delivered by email notification or through a dedicated client login. No chasing, no guesswork.
Industries served
Where our equipment goes to work.
Chemical
Batch and continuous reaction, distillation, scrubbing and storage in acid and solvent service.
Pharmaceutical
cGMP reactors, ANFDs and receivers in SG-P pharmaceutical grade glass, free from heavy metal contamination.
Petrochemical
Equipment for aggressive intermediates where carbon and stainless steel simply will not last.
Oil & Gas
Process vessels and piping for corrosive streams, built and documented to ASME practice.
Fertilizers
Phosphoric and nitric acid duty where glass lining outperforms alloy on both cost and life.
Food Processing
Non-stick, easily cleaned surfaces that resist sticking and micro-flora growth.
Water Treatment
Storage and dosing equipment for high-purity water and treatment chemistry.
Your application
Send us the duty conditions and we will tell you honestly whether glass lining is the right answer.
How an order runs
From enquiry to commissioning, tracked at every stage.
Duty & design
You send capacity, medium, temperature and pressure. We come back with a configuration, a glass grade recommendation and a quotation.
Fabrication
Plate cut on the CNC bed, formed, welded by SMAW, GTAW, SAW or FCAW, and inspected against the material traceability record.
Glass lining
Surface preparation, application and firing in auto-control electric furnaces, followed by spark testing of the full lining.
Test & despatch
Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, NDT, third-party inspection where called for, then documentation and despatch on the committed date.
The glass lining stage in detail — blasting, ground coat, cover coats, firing curves and spark testing — is set out in how glass lined equipment is manufactured.
Why choose STAHL GLAS
Your process equipment partner defines your operational success.
Deep engineering expertise and precision manufacturing, brought together to deliver solutions that stand up to demanding industrial environments.
End-to-end integration
We oversee every stage from fabrication to glass lining, so quality is continuous rather than inherited from a subcontractor.
Superior corrosion resistance
Our linings withstand the harshest chemical environments, extending equipment life significantly.
Uncompromising quality control
Every unit passes through rigorous manufacturing and inspection standards. Nothing is left to chance.
Tailored engineering
We design around your process requirements, rather than asking your process to fit our standard drawing.
Full order traceability
Traceability updates reach you by email or through a dedicated portal login — complete transparency from order placement to final delivery.
Complete one-stop solution
We integrate GMP-compliant equipment, pipelines and process accessories into a single cohesive, ready-to-operate system.
Standards & certification
Built to recognised standards.
Certification is being formalised as the works completes its accreditation programme. We say so plainly rather than implying otherwise.
